  • Living Edge is dedicated to the philosophy of continual improvement and therefore has implemented a Quality Management System (QMS) throughout all locations within the company. In December 2006 Living Edge’s head office received the AS/NZS International Standards Organisation 9001:2000 QMS certification. In March 2007 all five Living Edge locations were included in the certification.

    QMS is designed to drive excellence through our professional work practices. QMS also ensures real time management of service requirements to maximise customer satisfaction and performance and provides the company with a risk management framework to control issues associated with our suppliers, staff and customers.
